ELECTRICALLY EARASABLE PROGRAMMABLE ELECTRONIC CIRCUITS Abstract of the Disclosure A series connection between operating voltage terminals includes the channels of complementary-conductivity field effect transistors which have electrically alterable threshold voltages. The transistors are programmed, one for conduction and the other for non-conduction, by applying programming voltage on their interconnected gates to form a programmable latch. Such a latch and a complementary-pair logic inverter (or a pair of such latches) form a programmable complemented latch that can be used to control selectively transistors of complementary-pair logic inverter amplifier and a transmission gate, where the transmission gate and inverter amplifier are, for example in an Annis gate configuration to invert or not invert selectively a logic input.
