The invention relates to an electro-acoustic transducer accommodated in a cabinet having a sound guide tube which conducts sound from the transducer out of the cabinet. The sound guide tube has the sound radiating end of lesser diameter than the external auditory miatus so that the surround sound is not blocked. The electro-acoustic transducer is operational in a sound reproducing apparatus supplied with acoustic signals. The transducer is adapted to reproduce, at least, the low frequency component of the frequency range of the acoustic signal of the said reproducing apparatus.
