ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE This invention relates to electro-mechanical devices incorporating fuse cartridges, wherein two conductor bars are normally connected by a series of mobile contacts repelled against their lower edge by springs, two in number for each. An insulating plate, suitably guided by its edges in the insulating envelope of the apparatus, receives the downward pulse that the coil applies by the Thomson effect to an aluminum disc and it lowers the contacts against springs, engagement in position of opening being ensured by a bolt and notch. The lower edge of the plate is provided with teeth to receive the successive contacts and retain them transversely, whilst each of these latter is notched to ensure lengthwise retention.
