The invention concerns an electrocardiogram recording device comprising a portable housing, means for acquiring, processing and storing electric signals delivered by electrodes. The invention is characterised in that said housing has a first series of three metal electrodes (4, 5, 6) arranged so that they can be applied on the patient's thorax to acquire three precordial signals and a second series of two electrodes arranged so that the thumbs can be applied to acquire two peripheral signals, as well as a skin electrode for acquiring a third peripheral signal, connected to the housing by a connecting cable.

Un dispositif pour l'enregistrement d'un électrocardiogramme comporte un boîtier portatif (3) et des moyens d'acquisition de traitement et de mémorisation de signaux électriques délivrés par des électrodes (4-8). Le boîtier (3) présente, sur une face avant concave (2), une première série de trois électrodes métalliques (4, 5, 6) disposées de façon à pouvoir être appliquées sur le thorax du patient pour l'acquisition de trois signaux précordiaux et sur une surface supérieure, une deuxième série de deux électrodes métalliques (7, 8) disposées de façon à permettre l'application des pouces pour l'acquisition de deux signaux périphériques, ainsi qu'une électrode cutanée pour l'acquisition d'un troisième signal périphérique, reliée au boîtier (3) par un câble de liaison.
