The present invention relates to electrocardiography and to electrode arrangements used in electrocardiographic monitoring devices, and is more particularly related to a pad or patch containing said electrodes which may be used to passively and non-invasively monitor electrical activity generated by a patient s heart from the surface of that patient's chest, and to a connector which allows for fast and simple connection between the pad containing said electrodes and the devices and equipment typically used to monitor and view electrocardiographic information.
La présente invention concerne l'électrocardiographie et la disposition des électrodes utilisées dans les dispositifs de surveillance électrocardiographiques. L'invention concerne plus particulièrement un tampon ou un timbre contenant lesdites électrodes et pouvant être utilisé pour surveiller d'une manière passive et non invasive à partir de la surface de la poitrine d'un patient l'activité électrique générée par le cAEur de ce patient. L'invention concerne également un connecteur qui permet une connexion simple et rapide entre le tampon contenant lesdites électrodes et les appareils et dispositifs utilisés habituellement pour surveiller et voir les données électrocardiographiques.
