La soupape est formée d'une languette pratiquée dansune portion métallique du boîtier dont la face interne est en contact avec un joint d'étanchéité ; la languette non détachée de la paroi est rabattue vers l'in- térieur du boîtier. En cas de surpression interne, le joint est déformé et met en communication avec l'extérieur l'intérieur du générateur. Application aux piles à électrolyte alcalin.
