PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: L'invention concerne un procédé pour récupérer le rhodium sous forme métallique à partir d'une solution aqueuse de catalyseur usagé contenant essentiellement un complexe du rhodium, une phosphine sulfonée et ses dérivés oxydés, des produits organiques résiduels, des solvants et des sels minéraux, caractérisé en ce que: a) on traite la solution aqueuse par un agent oxydant et par un acide fort, b) on soumet la solution ainsi obtenue à une réduction électrolytique, puis, c) on sépare de la cathode le rhodium métallique déposé.
