Electrochromic devices (100; 110, 120, 130, 140, 150) are disclosed which may be used for large surface area applications. The devices utilize optical tuning layers (60, 61, 62, 53, 64, 65) to minimize optical interference between layers of the structure and to maximize uniform optical transparency. Optical tuning also enables transparent conductive oxide layers (20, 22) to be replaced by thin conductive metal layers (21, 23), thereby reducing the overall thickness of these devices and facilitating the manufacturing process.
Dispositifs électrochromiques (100, 110, 120, 130, 140, 150) pouvant être utilisés dans des applications à grande surface. Ces dispositifs mettent en oeuvre des couches d'accord optique (60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65) qui réduisent au minimum les interférences optiques entre les couches de la structure et qui maximisent la transparence optique uniforme. L'accord optique permet également de remplacer les couches transparentes d'oxyde conducteur (20, 22), par de minces couches de métal conducteur (21, 23), ce qui réduit l'épaisseur globale de ces dispositifs et simplifie leur procédé de production.
