The invention relates to an electrode system for the construction of a lamp. Said system comprises a Mo-film (4) which is connected to a pin-shaped associated piece (2), and the film (4) and/or the pin-shaped associated piece (2) is coated with ruthenium (5, 8). The pin is flattened (3) at the end. A point-shaped fusion welding connection (6) is produced during a contactless welding step, said connection being surrounded by an annular-shaped high temperature solder (7). Said type of connection is not brittle.

L'invention concerne un système d'électrode destiné à la fabrication de lampes. Ce système comprend une feuille (4) de molybdène reliée à une pièce associée (2) en forme de broche, la feuille (4) et/ou la pièce associée (2) en forme de broche étant recouverte d'un revêtement de ruthénium (5, 8). La broche présente une extrémité aplatie (3). Selon l'invention, une liaison de soudage par fusion en forme de point (6) est réalisée par un processus de soudage sans contact, cette liaison étant entourée d'une brasure annulaire haute température (7). Ce type de liaison ne présente pas de risque de fragilisation.
