The electrode wire (336) includes a wire portion (702) of a predetermined length L, a first end, and a second end. The electrode wire (336) further includes retaining bodies (704) formed on the first end and the second end of the wire portion (702). A retaining body (704) of the retaining bodies (704) is substantially solid.
