A phosphor (5) comprises fluorescent particles (11), a coating film (12) for coating the particles (11), and an insulation film (13) for further coating the coating film (12). The fluorescent particles (11) are formed by pulverizing a composite consisting of a fluorescent compound such as zinc sulfide (ZnS) and an auxiliary component such as Manganese (Mn) added thereto. The coating film (12) consists of e.g. Copper (Cu) and has a thickness of e.g. 2-20 nm to enhance the conductivity of electrons in the particles (11). The insulation film (13) consists of e.g. a high-permittivity organic polymer and has a thickness of e.g. 100 nm to increase the permittivity of the phosphor (5) surface.

L'invention concerne un luminophore (5) qui comprend des particules (11) fluorescentes, une couche (12) d'enrobage destinée à enrober les particules (11) et une couche (13) d'isolation appliqué par dessus la couche (12) d'enrobage. Les particules (11) fluorescentes sont formées par pulvérisation d'un composite comprenant un composé fluorescent tel que le sulfure de zinc (ZnS) et un composant auxiliaire tel que le manganèse ajouté à ce dernier. La couche (12) d'enrobage est p. ex. constituée de cuivre (Cu) et peut présenter une épaisseur de 2-20 nm p. ex., de manière à améliorer la conductivité des électrons dans les particules (11). La couche (13) d'isolation peut comprendre p. ex. un polymère organique présentant une permittivité élevée et une épaisseur de 100 nm p. ex. de manière à augmenter la permittivité de la surface du luminophore (5).
