The present invention relates to an electrolyte composition for a lead storage battery, which can maintain the performance of a storage battery at low temperature by enhancing the performance and life of a storage battery. It can also be fully charged in a short period of time due to a greater current efficiency. The present invention can extend the life of a storage battery due to its effect of removing white-colored lead sulfate without corrosion at the electrode plates, and may lead to recycling of waste storage batteries ruined by white-colored lead sulfate.

L'invention, qui porte sur une composition d'électrolyte pour accumulateur au plomb, tend plus spécialement à en accroître les performances et la durée de vie pour permettre: des performances maintenues même à basse température; une réduction du temps de recharge par accroissement de la conductivité électrique; et un accroissement de la durée de vie par élimination de la corrosion et du sulfate de plomb sur les plaques polaires. L'invention permet en outre le recyclage des accumulateurs rendus inutilisables par le sulfate de plomb à l'aide de la susdite composition.
