To provide an electromagnetic relay having a reduced size, high conductivity, a high insulating performance between two fixed contact terminals and between each of the fixed contact terminals and backstop, a small number of factors causing a failure, and high reliability of electric contact. An electromagnetic relay has an electromagnetic block provided with a movable contact spring 14 swung by current flowing in a coil, two fixed contact terminals 22 and 22' each having a fixed contact, a backstop 23 having two movable contact abutment portions, and a base block 2 for retaining the above components. The base block 2 has a base portion 20 having substantially a rectangular shape, fixed contact terminal retaining portions 21 and 21' extending vertically from two opposing sides of the rectangle so as to retain the two fixed contact terminals, and a backstop retaining portion 24 extending vertically from the center portion of one of the remaining two opposing sides of the rectangle.
L'invention porte sur un petit relais électromagnétique ayant dexcellentes caractéristiques de conduction qui possède une capacité d'isolement élevée entre deux bornes de contact fixe et entre les bornes de contact fixe et l'élément d'appui arrière et qui, en ayant peu de facteurs générateurs de dysfonctionnement, présente un contact très fiable entre les contacts. Le relais électromagnétique est configuré avec un bloc d'électroaimant qui comprend un ressort de contact mobile (14) qui bascule au moyen d'un courant circulant vers une bobine, deux bornes de contact fixe (22) et (22') qui portent des contacts fixes, un élément d'appui arrière (23) qui porte deux parties d'appui de contact mobile, et un bloc de base (2) qui contient les composants. Le bloc de base (2) comprend des parties de support de borne de contact fixe (21) et (21') dont la partie de base (20) présente une forme rectangulaire, et qui supportent les bornes de contact fixe au niveau de deux côtés opposés de la forme rectangulaire, et une partie de support d'élément d'appui arrière (24) qui supporte l'élément d'appui arrière (23) au milieu d'un côté entre les deux côtés.
