A B S T R A C T "ELECTROMECHANICAL FLUID LEVEL INDICATOR" The present invention relates to an electromechanical fluid level indicator comprising a float support (4) arranged inside a cylindrical housing (2,3) which receives a pair of metallic contact pieces (3) electrically connected to the respective terminals (8) of the signaling circuit installed at the panel of the vehicle, said float support (4) incorporating a pair of metallic contact pins (5) arranged at the upper portion of said support (4) having the shape of a pressing clamp (4a), so as to enable said metallic pins (5) to slide and to be radially pressed along and against the metallic contact pieces (3), said metallic pins (5) being electrically connected between them in order to close the circuit interconnected to the metallic contact pieces (3) while the level of fluid (F) is kept above its minimum value.
