A device which functions to influence, either by attracting or repelling marine life includes mechanism structured and arranged to shuttle a slug, i.e., an iron ball (23) or other element having magnetic properties, between first and second positions in a mannner which creates sound audible to marine life, such as fish, which it is desired to attract or repel. In the Figure, iron ball (23) is shuttled between electromagnetic (11) and permanent magnet (13) attached to acoustic amplification plate (17).

Dispositif ayant pour but d'influencer, soit en l'attirant soit en la repoussant, la faune marine. Ce dispositif comporte un mécanisme conçu et réalisé de manière à créer un mouvement de va-et-vient d'un noyau réglable tel qu'une bille en fer (23) ou tout autre élément ayant des caractéristiques magnétiques, entre deux positions afin de créer un son audible pour la faune marine, telle que les poissons, que l'on désire attirer ou repousser. Dans la Figure, la bille en fer (23) se déplace en va-et-vient entre un aimant électromagnétique (11) et un aimant permanent (13) fixés à la plaque d'amplification acoustique (17).
