An electronic register having a chit file in a memory which includes a function of setting various dimensions of the chit file, a function of setting control information for use in settling operation, a function of issuing a chit or a sales management report on the basis of the control information, a function of setting the maximum customer number per chit file, the maximum registration item number, the open chit maximum number and the settlement chit maximum number able to be handled by the electronic register, a function of setting information for control of the settling operation for each chit file, and a function of referring to the control information and issuing the sales management report on the basis of the settlement chit information, which can set a structure of the chit file so as to be suitable for an arbitrary store or shop, and easily change information for control of the settling operation of each chit file in a wide range so as to issue such a sales management report as suitable for the management environment of the individual stores.

Comprend les fonctions suivantes : définition de différentes dimensions de fichier; définition d'information de contrôle destinée à l'opération de règlement; production d'un bordereau ou d'un rapport de gestion des ventes sur la base de l'information de contrôle; définition du nombre maximum de clients par fichier de bordereau, du nombre maximum d'articles d'enregistrement, du nombre maximum de bordereaux ouverts et du nombre maximum de bordereaux de règlement traitables par l'enregistreuse électronique; définition d'information de contrôle de l'opération de règlement; consultation de l'information de contrôle et production du rapport de gestion des ventes sur la base de l'information des bordereaux de règlement. Ces fonctions permettent d'établir une structure de fichier de bordereau convenable pour un magasin ou une boutique quelconque et de modifier facilement l'information applicable au contrôle de l'opération de règlement de chaque fichier de bordereau dans une grande diversité de cas afin de produire un rapport de gestion des ventes adapté à l'environnement de gestion de chacun des magasins.
