Abstract of the Disclosure An electronic channel selector comprises a plurality of variable resistors, a plurality of switches connected to the variable resistors, respectively, and a voltage memory circuit. When one of the switches is closed, the output voltage of the variable resistor corresponding to the closed switch is trans- ferred into and stored in the voltage memory circuit, and in response to the output voltage from the memory circuit the capacitance of a varactor may be varied for selecting a desired channel. The electronic channel selector in accordance with the present invention may be used instead of the conven- tional mechanical tuners, the channel selection may be much facilitated, the defects encountered in the conventional elec- tronic channel selectors may be overcome, and any desired channel may be stored.
