A single operational amplifier voltage control oscillator circuit in which varying the voltage inputted at the positive node of the amplifier creates changes in output frequency. The circuit inputs a predetermined voltage through a series resistor into a first node of an amplifier and directs an output signal created by the amplifier back to the first node through a second series resistor. In addition, the output signal of the amplifier is also directed back to a second node of the amplifier through a resistor and capacitor time delay network. This causes the charge on the time delay capacitor to rise until the input level present at the two nodes is equal which causes the amplifier to deactivate and the capacitor to discharge until reaching a predetermined threshold which causes said amplifier to reactivate. This creates a frequency output.
