An electronic circuit comprising a power limiter circuit. The power limiter circuit comprises a plurality of cascaded transmission line sections, each transmission line section comprising a series arrangement of at least one diode and a dissipative element for absorbing excess input signal power connected in series. The series arrangement is connected between an output of the section and effective ground, a number of diodes connected in series in the series arrangements of the sections decreases with position of the section from an input of the power limiter to an output of the power limiter by steps of one or more diodes at least at part of the sections.
L'invention concerne un circuit électronique comprenant un circuit limiteur de puissance. Le circuit limiteur de puissance comprend une pluralité de tronçons de lignes de transmission en cascade, chaque tronçon de ligne de transmission comprenant un montage en série constitué d'au moins une diode et d'au moins un élément dissipatif servant à absorber la puissance excessive du signal d'entrée. Le montage en série est branché entre une sortie d'un tronçon respectif et la masse effective. Un certain nombre de diodes branchées en série dans le montage en série des tronçons réduisent par paliers la puissance entre l'entrée et la sortie du circuit limiteur de puissance.
