An electronic commerce system (10) comprising a company terminal (12), a purchaser terminal (14), and a financial institute terminal (16) including a database (63), characterized in that the company terminal sends electronic commerce information to the purchaser terminal, the purchaser terminal sends the registration identification code of the purchaser, the trader authentication code, and electronic commerce information to the financial institute terminal, the database of the financial institute terminal identifies the purchaser on the basis of the sent registration identification code and confirms the trader authentication code according to the database, the financial institute terminal pays the company for the commodity according to the electronic commerce information, and withdraws the amount from the account of the purchaser or requests the purchaser to pay the amount.
L'invention concerne des transactions de commerce électronique menées sans révéler à l'entreprise les informations secrètes relatives à l'acheteur. L'invention concerne un système de commerce électronique (12) qui comporte un terminal de l'acheteur (14), et un terminal de l'institut financier (16) doté d'une base de données (63), système caractérisé en ce que le terminal de l'entreprise envoie des informations de commerce électronique au terminal de l'acheteur, en ce que ce dernier envoie le code d'identification d'enregistrement de l'acheteur, le code d'authentification du commerçant et des informations de commerce électronique au terminal de l'institut financier, en ce que la base de données du terminal de l'institut financier identifie l'acheteur sur la base du code d'identification d'enregistrement envoyé et confirme le code d'authentification du commerçant en fonction de la base de données, et en ce que le terminal de l'institut financier paye l'entreprise pour le produit en fonction des informations de commerce électronique et retire la somme du compte de l'acheteur ou demande à celui-ci de payer ladite somme.
