An electronic commercial transaction system, and a server, a user terminal and a record medium for the system are provided. The user can purchase a commodity easily and receive a careful inspection and repair of the commodity conveniently. The server comprises a commodity data base, a dealing shop data base, commodity specifying means, dealing shop extracting means, and server side transmission means for transmitting commodity data of a specified commodity, dealing shop data of an extracted dealing shop and an order sheet to the user terminal. The user terminal comprises display means for displaying the commodity data, the dealing shop data and the order sheet on a display surface, and user side transmission means for transmitting commodity specifying information, destination information and order sheet input information to the server. By a stock management method wherein stocks relating to EC commercial flow and stocks relating to conventional commercial flow are managed separately, flow of commodities can be made smooth.
