The present invention relates to an electronic control device for management of the steering in earth-moving machines, essentially comprising a programmable logic electronic control unit (1) which is arranged as an interface between a pushbutton console (2) for setting a steering mode and an input diagnostics system (3) associated with the functions of the gearcase and the engine and with positioning of the wheels of the machine. The setting of a steering mode on the pushbutton console (2) is made possible by means of simultaneous selection of at least two switches (50). The input diagnostics system (3) of the electronic control unit (1) comprises a front wheel alignment sensor (28) and a rear wheel alignment sensor (29) which are respectively positioned in the region of the front and rear axles of the earth-moving machine and are designed to detect respectively the alignment position of the front and rear wheels with respect to the longitudinal axis of the machine itself.
La présente invention a trait à un dispositif de commande électronique de la direction des engins de terrassement, comprenant essentiellement une unité de commande électronique logique programmable (1) qui est placée, en tant qu'interface, entre une console (2) à boutons-poussoirs afin de régler le mode de direction et un système diagnostiqueur (3) d'entrée associé aux fonctions de la boîte de vitesses et du moteur, ainsi qu'à la position des roues du matériel. Le réglage du mode de direction sur la console (2) à boutons-poussoirs est rendu possible grâce à la sélection simultanée d'au moins deux commutateurs (50). Le système diagnostiqueur (3) des entrées de l'unité de commande électronique (1) comprend un capteur (28) de l'alignement des roues avant et un capteur (29) de l'alignement des roues arrière respectivement placés dans la région des essieux avant et arrière de l'engin de terrassement et conçus pour respectivement détecter la position de l'alignement des roues avant et arrière par rapport à l'axe longitudinal de l'engin lui-même.
