Patient and drug identifiers are inputted into a handheld device comprising a scanner, a processor and a data storage device. The patient identifiers and the drug identifiers are transmitted to a server. The patient and drug identifiers are correlated to show patient, doctor, hospital and geographic drug administration correlations.
