An electronic delayed detonator is disclosed which comprises a seal cap with an open end having a conductor inserted thereinto, a tubular member in cylindrical form tapered toward the bottom thereof and hermetically containing electric ignition means, and a primer charge at the bottom thereof, and an electronic delayed ignition circuit assembly of a sequential series arrangement including an electronic delay circuit board electrically connected with leg wires of the ignition device on the open side thereof and an energy storage capacitor. The assembly is sealed in a casing formed of a hard plastic material having mechanical properties including an elasticity modulus of 0.5 x 104 to 3.0 x 104 kg/cm2 and a bending strength of 20 to 2000 kg/cm2 and is closely covered with a film on the outer periphery thereof to make up a module.
