A method is provided for manufacturing an electronic device wherein a transparent conductive film including a conductive polymer is provided on a base material and the transparent conductive film is provided with a first region and a second region which is adjacent to the first region and has an electrical resistance higher than that of the first region. The method is provided with a film forming step of forming the transparent conductive film including the conductive polymer on the base material, and a ultraviolet ray irradiation step wherein a part of the transparent conductive film is irradiated with ultraviolet rays, and the irradiated part is permitted to be the second region and the non-irradiated part is permitted to be the first region. In the ultraviolet ray irradiation step, the ultraviolet rays include a wavelength exhibiting twice or more light absorption in the absorption spectrum of the conductive polymer compared with that of a background.

L~invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d~un dispositif électronique dans lequel une couche conductrice transparente incorporant un polymère conducteur est formée sur une matière de base et la couche conductrice transparente est dotée d~une première région et d~une deuxième région adjacente à la première région et dont la résistance électrique est supérieure à celle de la première région. Le procédé comprend une étape de formation de couche consistant à former la couche conductrice transparente incorporant le polymère conducteur sur la matière de base et une étape d~irradiation aux rayons ultraviolets consistant à irradier une partie de la couche conductrice transparente de rayons ultraviolets. La partie irradiée constitue la deuxième région et la partie non irradiée constitue la première région. Au cours de l~étape d~irradiation aux rayons ultraviolets, les rayons ultraviolets comprend une longueur d~onde absorbant au moins deux fois plus de lumière dans le spectre d~absorption du polymère conducteur que celui d~un arrière-plan.
