The programmable intraductal hearing aid includes a microphone, dynamically programmable filtering means, an adjustable power amplifier, and a sound reproduction transducer, powered by a battery. The filtering means with controlled capacitors are made, together with the programming memory and its interface, in the form of at least one integrated circuit including at least one oscillator associated with at least one d.c. voltage step-up transformer for energising the said memories, the whole set being powered by a miniature low voltage battery. The power amplifier, powered by the same battery is made in a single integrated circuit provided with external decoupling capacitors.
