A multi-panel electronic display for use on a structure, comprising a frame removably attached to the structure in such a way as to encounter a natural airflow aplurality of individual panels mounted on the frame, each panel comprising a first side and a second side opposite the first side, the first side comprising a plurality of light sources wherein each individual panel works with other individual panels to display an image, and a printed circuit on the second side of more than one of the individual panels of the multipanel electronic display and in thermally conductive communication with the frame such that heat generated by electronic components on the circuit board is dissipated within the frame and such that the frame is cooled by the natural airflow. The frame may be corrugated to facilitate dissipation of the heat and create space for electrical wiring, and include thermally conductive pads.
L'invention porte sur un dispositif d'affichage électronique à multiples panneaux pour une utilisation sur une structure, comprenant un cadre fixé de manière amovible à la structure de façon à obtenir un écoulement d'air naturel sur une pluralité de panneaux individuels montés sur le cadre, chaque panneau comprenant un premier côté et un second côté opposé au premier côté, le premier côté comprenant une pluralité de sources de lumière dans lesquelles chaque panneau individuel travaille avec d'autres panneaux individuels pour afficher une image, et une carte de circuit imprimé sur le second côté de plus d'un des panneaux individuels du dispositif d'affichage électronique à multiples panneaux et en communication thermoconductrice avec le cadre de telle sorte que de la chaleur générée par les composants électroniques sur la carte de circuit est dissipée à l'intérieur du cadre et de telle sorte que le cadre est refroidi par l'écoulement d'air naturel. Le cadre peut être cannelé pour faciliter une dissipation de la chaleur et créer un espace pour un câblage électrique, et peut comprendre des pastilles thermoconductrices.
