An automated gaming system comprises a gaming table and an upright video display panel. The system comprises a table having an upper surface, the upper surface having a video display surface that provides a continuous field of video display and at least two different player positions. There is a processor in information communication with the upright video display panel and the video display surface. The processor directs video display on both the upright video display panel and the video display surface. The same or a separate processor provides game rules for the play of at least one casino table card game without the use of physical cards on the table. Each player position has an individual intelligent player processing board dedicated to that position. Communication between the automated gaming system and a host casino computer takes place from the intelligent player processing boards in one form of the invention.
L'invention concerne un système de jeu automatique comprenant une table de jeu et un panneau d'affichage vidéo vertical. Ce système comporte une table dotée d'une surface supérieure pourvue d'une surface d'affichage vidéo qui offre un champ continu d'affichage vidéo et au moins deux positions de jeu différentes. Un processeur se trouve en communication d'informations avec le panneau d'affichage vidéo vertical et la surface d'affichage vidéo. Ce processeur commande l'affichage vidéo à la fois sur le panneau d'affichage vertical et sur la surface d'affichage vidéo. Le même processeur ou un processeur séparé fournit les règles du jeu pour jouer au moins un jeu de table de casino sans utiliser de cartes physiques sur la table. Chaque position de jeu a une carte de traitement de jeu intelligente individuelle associée à la position. Selon un mode de réalisation, la communication entre le système de jeu automatique et un ordinateur hôte de casino est réalisée à partir des cartes de traitement de jeu intelligentes.
