A home medical care management system comprises a portable unit (1) adapted to measure a physiological quantity and attached to the body of the user and a home unit (2) provided in the house of the user, capable of communicating with the portable unit (1), and adapted to judge the heath condition of the user based on the physiological quantity measured by the portable unit (1) and to notify, if an emergency occurs, an emergency center (32) of the emergency. The home unit (2) sends an unlock command to an electronic lock (41) locking the door of the entrance of the house. Hence the electronic lock (41) is unlocked and an ambulance attendant can enter the room where the user is present.
L'invention concerne un système de gestion de soins médicaux à domicile comprenant une unité portable (1), conçue pour mesurer une grandeur physiologique et attachée au corps de l'utilisateur, et un terminal (2) installé dans la maison de l'utilisateur, pouvant communiquer avec l'unité portable (1) et conçu pour évaluer l'état de santé de l'utilisateur sur la base de la grandeur physiologique mesurée par l'unité portable (1) et pour avertir, en cas d'urgence, un centre d'urgence (32). Ledit terminal envoie un ordre de déverrouillage à un verrou électronique (41) verrouillant la porte d'entrée de la maison.
