[PROBLEMS] Time-series correlation between the chief complaint of a patient and the results of medical interview by a doctor can be seen at a glance. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A medical information computerized system having a control server is provided. The control server comprises an inputting means for inputting patient chief complaint information out of information written on a medical record into a chief complaint information file, an inputting means for inputting doctor examination information about the patient chief complaint in an examination information file, a storage means for storing the chief complaint information and the examination information, a calculating means for calculating the points, for each examination date, of the latest chief complaint and examination information both inputted by the inputting means and the points of the past chief complaints and examination information both stored in the storage means, a creating means for automatically creating, from these points, a list showing the variation with time of the chief complaint information and examination information. The medical information computerized system provides a list of the time-series correlation.
Une corrélation chronologique entre le motif de consultation d'un patient et les résultats d'entretien médical avec un médecin est visible d'un seul coup d'oeil. Pour pallier à ce problème, l'invention vise à fournir un système informatisé d'information médicale, pourvu d'un serveur de commande. Ce serveur de commande comporte un moyen de saisie permettant de saisir des informations de motif de consultation de patient parmi des informations écrites sur un dossier médical dans un fichier d'informations de motif de consultation, un moyen de saisie permettant de saisir des informations d'examen médical relatives au motif de consultation du patient dans un fichier d'informations d'examen, un moyen de mémorisation destiné à mémoriser les informations de motif de consultation et d'examen, un moyen de calcul destiné à calculer les points, pour chaque date d'examen, des informations de motif de consultation et d'examen les plus récentes, saisies par le biais du moyen de saisie, et les points des informations historiques de motif de consultation et d'examen, mémorisées dans le moyen de mémorisation, ainsi qu'un moyen de création destiné à créer automatiquement, à partir de ces points, une liste montrant la variation dans le temps des informations de motif de consultation et d'examen. Ce système informatisé d'information médicale fournit une liste de corrélation chronologique.
