An electronically compiled medical record storage compact disc about a patient whereby all medical and health data is electronically transferred in free-form text or graphic, accordingly, onto a specially cut compact disc. All medical history or encounters with any certified medical personnel is compiled and transferred into an electronic format and categorized into appropriate headers and each medical entry is stored under the appropriate header value. The medical compact disc is read through computers with compact disc-read-only memory drives (CD-ROM). Visually, the medical compact disc has vital patient information that is readable by any certified medical practitioners.
