ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a personalized information device for storing and readily displaying personalized information required in emergencies for the identification of persons, animals or belongings, which comprises; a) a housing defining a upper surface and a bottom surface adapted to be mounted; b) a digital screen mounted onto said upper surface; c) a visual indication of containing personalized information into said housing; d) a microelectronics memory located into said housing for storing personalized information; e) encoding means for the input of personalized information in said memory for storage thereto; and f) a display button for actuating display of said stored information onto said digital screen. The personalized information device of the present invention allows for the storage of personalized information for identification of a person, an animal or a belonging and the display of such personalized information in cases of emergencies.
