The invention concerns an electronic power module comprising electronic power components (1) with at least one contact surface (2), control connections (4) for connecting the components to a control module, power connections (5) for transmitting power between components and/or to other modules, and at least one metal heat exchanger (6) for evacuating power dissipation by Joule effect from said power electronic components (1). The invention is characterised in that the contact surfaces (2) of said electronic power components (1) are directly mounted on the metal heat exchanger (6), the metal heat exchanger (6) being at the same tension as the contact surfaces (2) of the electronic power components (1).

L'invention concerne un module électronique de puissance comprenant des composants électroniques de puissance (1) ayant au moins une face de contact (2), des connexions de commande (4) pour connecter les composants à un module de commande, des connexions de puissance (5) pour transmettre la puissance entre composants et/ou à d'autres modules, et au moins un échangeur de chaleur métallique (6) pour évacuer les dissipations de puissance par effet joule desdits composants électroniques de puissance (1), selon l'invention, les faces de contact (2) desdits composants électroniques de puissance (1) sont directement montés sur l'échangeur de chaleur métallique (6), l'échangeur de chaleur métallique (6) étant au même potentiel que les faces de contact (2) des composants électroniques de puissance (1).
