ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An electronic alarm timepiece particularly suitable as a watch which includes an oscillator and time counting circuitry and which also includes a recurrent alarm memory and a single alarm memory with a coincidence circuit switchable alternately to compare the setting in the recurrent alarm memory with the time counting circuit output and the setting of the single alarm memory with the time counting circuit output. When coincidence of one of these memories with the time counting circuit is detected, the output coinci- dence signal actuates an alarm drive. The coincidence signal is also able to actuate circuitry for reset of the single alarm memory if the coincidence signal has been produced by this memory. A coincidence signal produced by the recurrent alarm memory does not lead to reset, and therefore, an alarm occurs each time the time counting circuitry comes into coincidence with the setting of the recurrent alarm memory.
