The invention concerns a transaction system for carrying out electronic transactions between a fixed network (4, 6, 8) and portable personal devices (2, 10), further comprising means for loading (6, 16; 62) by the network, random-type data into the portable personal devices (2, 10), so that such random messages may be read and heard on said portable personal devices. Said random data may be of all types and not related to the pre-established protocol within the context of the electronic transactions. The transfer of random data to the personal transaction devices (2, 10) can be carried out by at least one terminal (4, 6) used for performing transactions with said personal devices.
