A plurality of means on the body are interposed between adjacent ones of the pole sections of the plurality thereof for bridging there- between , respectively, and a plurality of other pole sections on the body are interposed in spaced relation between the adjacent ones of the first named pole sections, respectively. A plurality of pairs of other means on the body are interposed between the adjacent ones of the first named pole sections and the other pole sections for bridging therebetween, respectively.
