ABSTRACT An electronically operated mixing valve is disclosed wherein a combination of a control module which houses the electronics for electrically operating a valve module having one or more valves for mixing, shut-off and distribution of mixed water which is in contact with at least one temperature sensor, and an electromechanical motor module which is electrically connected to the valve module for automatically operating the one or more valves.
