The invention relates to an electropneumatic control valve for a pneumatic brake system of a vehicle. Said valve comprises a relay valve housing (1), in which a control piston (5) that can be axially displaced for actuating a valve seat arrangement (8), which switches the compressed air flow between at least one external brake line connection (11), a pressure feed connection and a bleed connection (13), is located. The control piston (5) is guided axially by means of a coaxial guide arrangement and is impinged by at least one electromagnetic pilot valve (6) to cause an axial displacement, said valve being lodged in a pilot valve housing (2) that is connected to the relay valve housing (1). According to the invention, the guide arrangement for the control piston (5) comprises a separate guide sleeve (17) that is locally fixed to the pilot valve housing (2) and is provided with an upper guide section (19). Said section fits into a throughbore (18) in the control piston (5) for axial guidance and has a lower tubular section (20) of a smaller external diameter adjoining the upper guide section (19), to guide the outgoing air that flows through an integrated axial bleed channel (21) beyond the region of the valve seat arrangement (8) directly to the bleed connection (13).

L'invention concerne une soupape de réglage électropneumatique destinée à un système de freinage pneumatique d'un véhicule. Cette soupape comprend un boîtier de soupape relais (1) dans lequel est disposé un piston de commande (5) à déplacement axial servant à actionner un ensemble de siège de soupape (8) commandant le flux d'air comprimé entre au moins un raccord de conduite de frein extérieur (11), un raccord de pression d'alimentation et un raccord de purge (13). Ce piston de commande (5) est guidé axialement par un ensemble de guidage coaxial et, pour se déplacer axialement, il est sollicité par au moins une soupape pilote électromagnétique (6) logée dans un boîtier de soupape pilote (2) relié à un boîtier de soupape relais (1). Selon l'invention, l'ensemble de guidage du piston de commande (5) comprend une douille de guidage (17) séparée fixée à demeure au boîtier de soupape pilote (2). Cette douille de guidage est pourvue d'une section de guidage supérieure (19) coopérant avec un trou de passage (18) dans le piston de commande (5) pour obtenir un guidage axial et elle présente par ailleurs une section tubulaire inférieure (20) de diamètre extérieur inférieur adjacente à la section de guidage supérieure (19) de façon à diriger l'air d'évacuation circulant à travers un canal de purge axial intégré (21) directement jusqu'au raccord de purge (13) au-delà de la zone de l'ensemble de siège de soupape (8).
