An electrostatic coating machine comprising at least two paint tanks (13A, 13B) for pushing out a paint by a pressure of a hydraulic fluid which one attached to a rotary base (14) while being electrically insulated form each other, and can be positioned to a coating position opposing to the machine body (3) by the rotation of the rotary base (14) such that while one paint tank is at the coating position, the other paint tank is engaged with a paint charging attachment (22) that is disposed being electrically insulated from the machine body (3) and has a paint supply port (Ps) for supplying a cleaning fluid and a paint of a next color and a drain recovery port (Dr) for recovering drains. Cleaning/paint charging time can be shortened to improve operation efficiency and insulation countermeasure for the paint supply system can be saved.
Machine d'application électrostatique comportant au moins deux réservoirs de peinture (13A, 13B) pour projeter la peinture au moyen de la pression d'un fluide hydraulique. Les réservoirs sont fixés à une base rotative (14) et sont isolés électriquement l'un de l'autre. Un réservoir peut être placé en position d'application, en opposition à l'élément principal de la machine (3), en faisant pivoter la base rotative (14) de sorte que, pendant qu'un réservoir de peinture est placé en position d'application, l'autre réservoir s'engage dans un accessoire de chargement de la peinture (22) qui est isolé électriquement de l'élément principal de la machine (3). L'accessoire comporte une entrée pour l'approvisionnement en peinture (Ps) afin de fournir un fluide nettoyant et une peinture d'une autre couleur et un orifice de recouvrement des fuites (Dr) pour récupérer les fuites. Le temps consacré au nettoyage / au chargement de la peinture peut être réduit de façon à améliorer l'efficience des opérations et les contre-mesures d'isolement pour le système d'approvisionnement en peinture peuvent être sauvegardées.
