A B S T R A C T In a copying machine of the electrostatic or xerographic type having a copy paper feed path extending longitudinally therethrough between a copy paper storage station and a copy receiving station, a transparent support surface above which an original may be supported for copying in a direction parallel to the longitudinal extent of the copy path, and screening means disposed above the transparent support surface and arranged to permit copying of a predetermined portion of the original which is aligned with the longitudinal direction of the copy paper path, the improvement of cutter means mounted intermediate the storage station and the receiver station for cutting the copy paper to a predetermined width in said longi- tudinal direction as the copy paper is driven along said copy paper path.
