ABSTRACT The powder coating installation comprises a cabin the walls of which are of a non-conductive plastic ma- terial. The lower part of the cabin has a V-shaped sec- tion and terminates in a collecting channel which is connected to a suction device. The installation further comprises a cleaning device with a hollow frame the form of which is adapted to the internal form of the cabin and comprises holes at its periphery. The frame is con- nected to an air pressure device. The cleaning device comprises further cleaning means such as sponges, cloths and the like, which are provided at the same frame or at a separate frame. By means of such a non-conductive cabin and of the cleaning device, the installation may be converted with- in the shortest time for another color, and much colored powder may be recuperated.
