ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The disclosure relates to an electrostatic precipitator for cleaning pneumatic fluids wherein a plurality of generally cylindrical annular and relatively concentric discharge and collector electrodes are supported on a base structure which comprises a central column carrying radially disposed discharge electrode supporting arms from which said discharge electrodes are suspended; collector electrodes supported on said base and a hood above said electrodes; a water delivery manifold in said hood and adapted to deliver water to said collector electrodes; said manifold being disposed above said arms; saidhood having a manhole with a cover disposed above said manifold and also provided with a clean fluid outlet at the upper end of said hood.
