Coatings for metal substrate surfaces comprise at least one film forming polymer is combined with microfme, substantially moisture-free cementitious particles. Preferred methods involve fusion bonded coating applications, wherein dry powder blends comprising polymer and the cementitious particles which preferably containing a corrosion inhibiting agent are electrostatically applied and heat-fused onto the metal.
La présente invention concerne des enduits pour des surfaces de substrats métalliques qui comprennent au moins un polymère filmogène combiné à des particules cimentaires microfines pratiquement exemptes d'humidité. Les procédés préférés comprennent des applications d'enduits collés par fusion dans lesquels des mélanges de poudres sèches comprenant le polymère et les particules cimentaires et contenant de préférence un agent anti-corrosion sont appliqués électrostatiquement et fondus thermiquement sur le métal.
