An electrosurgical pencil with synchronous evacuation function includes a pencil body 10 defined with a first containing space 11 and a second containing space 12 therethrough. The first containing space 11 is adapted to contain an electropencil 20. The second containing space 12 is adapted to be an evacuation passage. A first front end of the electropencil 20 is mounted with a replaceable electrode 30. A first rear of the electropencil 20 is adapted to connect to an electric wire 21 connected to a current generator. A second front end of the second containing space 12 is integrally formed a tubular body 121 having an opening 1211. When the end portion of the electrode 30 operates, the opening 1211 of the evacuating passage draws smoke and blood at the same time.
