ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: A solid state element for an integrated logic circuit, comprises two complementary transistors integrated into the same substrate, the said first transistor being of the lateral type and the second transistor being of the transverse type the collector of said first being connected to the base of the second and acting as output, its emitter being connected to a d.c. voltage source, its base being connected to the collector of the second and acting as input and the emitter of the second to a constant current source. Application in logic circuit.
