ELEVATED TOILET SEAT INCLUDING CLAMPING MEANS ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A toilet seat is disposed in a elevated position relative to the bowl of a conventional toilet. In one embodiment, the toilet seat has a plurality of channels disposed around its underside. A corresponding plurality of clamps are provided. Each of the clamps engages a respective channel and adjustably engages the toilet bowl, whereby the toilet seat is securely maintained in the elevated position so as to be an aid for invalids and others who experience difficulty in using a conventional toilet seat.
