ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An elevator floor position-indicating assembly 22 comprising a plurality of neon lamps 25 and a liquid crystal indicating means 24 is included in a thin panel 20 mounted on the front sur- face of the surface wall portion 17b of a wall, and a connecting box 30 including a logic device for controlling the indicating assembly 22 is provided on the back surface of the concrete wall 17a. Furthermore, the indicating assembly 22 and the connec- ting box 30 are connected to each other by a cable 31 passing through a small hole 32 bored in the wall.
