This invention introduces an elongated shoe horn device that is primarily used for enabling persons in putting on and removing footwear. The vertically disposed member is formed from a one-piece structure having a concave curvature over its entire length. The radius at the bottom end of the device allows the person to put on his footwear without any substantial bending of the person's body structure. At the upper end of the disposed member a hook is provided that is integral to the elongated shoe horn device.
