[A stretchable embossed elastic laminate including at least one nonwoven fabric layer, and at least one elastomeric material extruded as a melt onto a major surface of the nonwoven fabric to form an elastic layer bonded to the surface of the nonwoven fabric. The elastic laminate is embossed with a deep embossing pattern to provide an embossed laminate having good tensile strength and excellent resistance to delamination. Also disclosed is a method of forming a stretchable embossed laminate wherein at least one melted elastic material is extruded onto a major surface of the nonwoven fabric, and the elastic material and the nonwoven fabric are conveyed through a nip formed by a layon roll and an embossing roll having a deep embossing pattern.
La présente invention concerne un tissu laminé gaufré extensible qui comprend au moins une couche de tissu non tissé et au moins une matière élastomère extrudée comme matière fondue sur une surface principale du tissu non tissé afin de former une couche élastique adhérant à la surface de ce tissu. Le tissu laminé élastique est gaufré avec un motif de gaufrage profond afin de fournir un tissu laminé gaufré qui a une bonne résistance à la rupture et au délaminage. L'invention présente aussi un procédé de formation de tissu laminé gaufré extensible sachant qu'au moins une matière élastique fondue est extrudée sur une surface majeure du tissu non tissé et que la matière élastique et le tissu non tissé sont propulsés par le biais d'un point de pinçage situé au point de contact d'un rouleau presseur et d'un rouleau de gaufrage comportant un motif de gaufrage profond.
