An embossing system comprising a base having a plurality of posts positioned on the outer portion thereof. A lower template (141) includes a plurality of shapes formed therein and a plurality of regions on the outer portion thereof for alignment with the posts. A textured plate (16) is positioned between the base and lower template (14), and an upper template (12) includes a plurality of regions on the outer portion thereof for alignment with the posts and the regions of the lower template (14). A plurality of shapes are formed on the upper template (12). The shapes on the upper template (12) align with the shapes of the lower template (14) when the posts and the regions of the upper template (12) and lower template (14) are in alignment.
L'invention porte sur un système d'estampage comportant: une base munie de tétons de repérage situés à sa périphérie; une matrice inférieure (141) où sont formés divers motifs et dont la périphérie comprend des zones servant à l'alignement sur les tétons; une plaque en relief (16) se plaçant entre la base et la matrice inférieure (14); et une matrice supérieure (12) où sont formés divers motifs et dont la périphérie comprend des zones servant à l'alignement sur les tétons et sur les zones de la matrice inférieure (14). Les motifs de la matrice supérieure (12) s'alignent sur les ceux de la matrice inférieure (14) lorsque les tétons sont alignés sur les zones de la matrice supérieure (12) et de la matrice inférieure (14).
